With over 1,200 renovations completed and sold, Solstar Construction & Realty has excellent data to guide you in the timeline of selling your home. However, there are exceptions, and as long as we maintain the listing until the home is sold, there is no requirement to pay back renovation costs upfront. We are simply repaid through escrow at closing.

Solstar Construction & Realty defers all construction costs and is paid the real estate commission and construction costs at the close of escrow. There are no interest charges or fees. The homeowner keeps all the added profit that renovations and improvements contribute to the property.
